What is your business name and license number?
Our business
name is registered under the name of Lin Hong. Our South Carolina State License Number and Myrtle Beach City License Number
are 026 54890 5 and 12929, respectively.

Are these condos part of the Landmark(Patricia Grand) building?
Yes. These
condos were converted from the executive ocean front suites in the newer section of the buildings. With only the ownership
changes, they share the same facilities, such as pools, garages, with the rest of the building owned by Landmark Resort.
3.
Why is your rate so low?
While most
owners rent their units thru the on site management company, we choose to rent our condos to responsible family for their
vacation use. We save the management fees and pass the saving to renter, which translate into a deep discount rate.
4.
Is there any daily maid service?
No, there is
no daily maid service during your stay. Exit cleaning by professionals, which includes fresh linens, is provided at no additional
charges. For your convenience, we provide vacuum and other cleaning items.
5.
How do I get the key to the condo?
You do not
need a key to the unit since each unit has a keyless lock. A pass code for your rental will be given to you when your payment
is received. You do not need to worry about carrying keys to beach or to pools. Code will be changed for the next guest when
exit cleaning is completed.
6.
How do I make a reservation?
You need to
send us an e-mail or fax with information of your name, mailing address, phone #, desired date, # of adults and children in
the party, and length of stay. A rental agreement will be sent to you to sign, and to mailed back to us along with your rental
and security deposits. You may also fax it to us and make your credit card payment thru PayPal service following the link
on this web site. Processing fees charged by PayPal may be charged back to renters.
7.
When should I make a reservation?
You should
make your reservation as soon as possible, if you want to enjoy the deep discount rate. Our units are rented on first-come
first-serve basis, and they are usually rented months ahead. According to our statistics, most people start their vacation
planning in January and made the reservation no latter then June for their summer vacation lodgings.
8.
What floor is your unit on?
Our condos
are on 5th, 8th at Landmark, and on 6th at Patricia Grand. They have beautiful view at comfortable height.
9.
Who can help us if we have problems with our rooms?
We have service
agreements with local agents for maintenance, cleaning, and emergency services. A phone number will be provided to you in
the instructions for check-in and check-out.
